- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Cullen Allstate Insurance has taken care of my house and automobiles from the very beginning of my life in Tehachapi. They have always been friendly and a pleasure to do business with and their rates are very reasonable. I even did check out one of those other companies boasting to save you hundreds of dollars a year and Cullen Allstate was still way less than them for even better coverage. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The office personnel, with whom I have had dealings, are fine . . . Patty is excellent.. I have attempted on several occasions to meet with Mr. Cullen, without success. I wonder if he even exists. His reluctance to meet makes me somewhat suspicious and concerned. I have a very large annual insurance bill (6K+) and do not want to have a problem should a claim be necessary. No claims at all so far, but who knows the future.
