- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I appreciate Marty and what he does, however the lady that answers the phones at his office won't let me talk to him no matter what I say, so horrible customer service on her part. I don't want to talk to her, I want to talk to Marty because he understands my situation and has understood it for 7 years now.
